DESCRIPTIONS AND CONDITION

Items are described to the best of our knowledge and ability. It is recommended all prospective bidders carefully examine all items in which they have an interest. Assessments of the condition, measurements and estimates are given as a courtesy to a client, and is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact.
